Excellent location and very convenient for a long stay foreign business traveler like myself. I love the fact that every room comes with laundry machine, microwave, gas range and a bedroom door to close to keep the food smell out when cooking. Excellent AC for the hottest times of the year in China. Within a walking distance, I can easily access and make choices to choose for restaurants, banks, grocery shop/super-market, a huge shopping center with a mega size supermarket and food court. Nearby is one of the main metro line that takes me dirrectly to the main intra-train station I need to get on to get to another city from here, Shenzhen.

Why do the hotels in China take a huge lump sump deposits at the time of check in? This is one inconvenience I experienced fromm a several hotels in China.

I had booked a specific room but this one was not available when I arrived to check-in at 1600hrs! I had to wait a while till they sorted this out.

We had a great experience staying at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location of this place is very convenient, as it is situated almost in the center of the city. The service here is exceptional, with room service, car hire, dry cleaning, and laundry facilities available. We were impressed by the free shuttle service provided by the hotel, making it easy for us to explore the area. The room amenities were top-notch, with a washing machine, mini-bar, and a comfortable sitting area. The free Wi-Fi in the rooms was also a great addition.

Reception very friendly and speaks good English. Room was comfortable with fully equipped kitchenette, large refrigerator and bedroom on the upper floor. Perfect for family on vacation. Location was perfect as it is directly opposite the International Convention Center with restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance.

There should be also single floor unit, if we are carrying huge luggages it is quite a problem to carry to upper floor, not forgetting elderly folk.

Upgraded to duplex free of charge. Great location once you know how to get there - note location on Booked.net and google maps are wrong. Only 5mins walk from big shopping center and 15min walk to exhibition center.

Quite a westernized area due to exhibition center. Difficult to find traditional street vendors. Easier to get a starbucks coffee than hawker store food.

A cozy and convenient stay in the heart of Shenzhen. The room was clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed and a well-equipped kitchenette. The hotel is located in a high-end neighborhood, and it's just a short walk to Coco Park and the subway station. The gym facilities were impressive, and there's even a massage center on-site. I had a great experience and would recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay in Shenzhen.
